What are your Doomsday Plans in 2012?
This is the question which I and my friends took to several people on the road and in the streets of various cities. For last 2 years, I have been asking people in the trains and buses and anywhere I get chance to strike the conversation. Different people answered the questions differently.
Generally people do not care whether it is doomsday or something else. Most of the people said, they believed in living in current times and they really do not care even if the doomsday date is correct. Also the responses included the replies of having no plans at all of any kind so far. I never met a person who told me of having any plans for doomsday. For many people, doomsday meant something of retirement type. Even after the retirement, the people get some assurance from the insurance companies that they would be paid for their investment in various scheme. The doomsday is a different animal because if it is true, it would eat everything you see. So, why to worry. And according to the people in the streets, all doomsday plans will fail if doomsday occurs.
Above sentiments of the people are true to certain extent but largely they do not hold any substance to examine. As stated earlier, the masses are not worried and are living undisturbed life everywhere. The people in Bugarach, France did not know until the crowd started to come there and changed the life of beautiful town for ever.

Doomsday may be a fraud or the hoax or may be true. We would not come to know its validity until the date of 21 December, 2012 passes. The fun part of 2012 doomsday must be made more interesting but it should not hurt people anyways. For me, 2012 doomsday has some entertainment value as doomsday experts prove that they are biggest fools with books in their hands and yelling at the people for buying their books. It is interesting to see doomsday experts shouting and their acrobatics fail to have attention of the people. They offer interviews and previews of their books for free. I get at least 10 such requests every week. One of the well known doomsday experts offered me to write some exclusive reviews of his material at my site. I declined that offer. I am not in the game, I am an observer.

The geological conditions also seem stable so far. Harold Camping predicted the end of the world in the past as well. For his prediction of today, he is going to be no-show again.
It is interesting to see such predictions because people like Harold Camping make you feel that world still has space for foolish ideas and there is no value in them except their purpose to entertain us. David Icke and Harold Camping good job because they make you laugh and you learn the art of ignorance. For now, the world is calmer place and better because some of remaining dictators are being wiped out by their own people. It caught the attention of several people when ABC published an article on Doomsday Plane which is meant for keeping the high and mighty protected and taken them in air for several hours to days. Well, people like you, me and several thousands in the world may not be that lucky or better say chosen one to get to safer skies. In other words, can there be still the safety arrangements for people who do not have access to doomsday plane. 2011 Doomsday gets low volume of traffic.
I do not know why I went into self imposed self exile. I still feel that Harold Camping did a great damage not only to the theme of doomsday but also he made people feel bad on various counts. Besides, Harold Camping there are many people who have written books, created sites, made supplies and of course wished to earn some money. It is all so dismal right now even the best of doomsday sites are struggling to get the viewers. We need to remember that we are approaching 2012 when it must have happened. The trends look very bad and the visitor counts is not increasing. The doomsday site owners have realized that Harold Camping ended their dream. Neither Camping did good nor he allowed anyone. There is no or near nothing public interest in next date of doomsday 21 October 2011 this year.
According to my media experience and dealing with theme. The long range prediction of your site can be on average rules but if you are willing to sustain for very long time then only it holds true. As I wrote earlier that doomsday sites are bad investments into nothing.
If you are thinking to make it short range of something over the doomsday shot, it is not going to work. You must find something else to see if that is going to work. As we open the lines of this article, we re passing through the passage of time which is not very much tranquil. The year 2011 has already seen one failed doomsday which was predicted by Harold Camping. His new date is October 21, 2011. The most commonly referred date of doomsday is December 21, 2012. We have no way to verify the claims to support or refute them. The doomsday can not occur out of thin air. There must be some clues or signs to show the world that something unusual is happening.
The natural events ranging from tsunami, earthquakes, flood, fire and other such things have been happening all over the world every year. There is no data to support the claims that something is happening for the first time which has not happened before.
To answer the question, When is Doomsday?, it is important to know of your interests. It may be the case that you are just curious to know when the world is ending. The others may be serious in this all mumbo jumbo stuff.
If you are serious about knowing the answer, the plain and simple answer is, The world is not going to end soon. There is no fixed date of Doomsday. If we look at the doomsday theories and dissect them for logic, It becomes clear that almost all doomsday experts are fooling with the public.
There is no Doomsday and it is going to come never. So feel easy. You still have to pay your debts and do your job everyday. The god created the cycle for you to follow. It would not dismantle so easily. Is that wish of God? It can not be said with certainty if it is so.

Doomsday is not a universal event. Doomsday on earth would not mean the end of the moon or other galaxies. Doomsday is local event and it does not occur without warnings. The doomsday theorists ignore the logic and other aspects of the events.
According to some experts, doomsday is also the event which transforms the humanity. Doomsday according to them is an event on the horizon where the new understanding of love and humanity emerge. The spiritual awakening has also been linked to doomsday.
There experts are not unanimous on doomsday and its nature. However, doomsday can not be verified with the theories. Nobody has seen it in the past and nobody has experimented with it. So if big bang is considered a doomsday for old, then it was the beginning of the life on earth.
2012 Doomsday is false and considered a hoax like May 21, 2011 doomsday was proven false because it did not occur.

Now the same reasons are being offered for Oct 21 2011 as well. There is nothing new in these predictions. The World is also not focusing on the new date. There are no reasons to believe that any doomsday date would correct.
Undoubtedly, October 21 2011 End of the World is another Hoax which is not even taking off this time. There are no threats of world being over this time. The doomsday experts have predicted that October 21 this year may show us some surprises. In the shadow of the predictions by Harold Camping, the things do not really look good. But you must consider Harold has been wrong all his life. He is fond of predicting bizarre events and none of those happened in reality.
If you play it all by logic and rationale, it becomes clear that doomsday experts are fooling around. Their level of IQ is questionable and if they think they can take world for ride, they are utterly mistaken. It would not be long when their predictions will be biting dust and they would be looking for cover.

One thing is pretty clear so far is that, doomsday is just a non-existent stuff which has no presence in the history and in future. October 21, 2011 would be passed as the past has gone. You would not even notice anything if you are busy in your work. You must keep away from the sites which ask you to believe them without involving the logic. Blind faith is something which can be troublesome in future.
